Open the Run dialog box, and then type regedit in it and hit Enter. To fix the issue, you should check if the key value of the touch screen is correct. If the values are configured improperly, then it may cause some problems like the HID compliant touch screen missing. Basically the pen cursor still thinks it's in landscape mode when in portrait so when I move the pen vertically the cursor moves horizontally. As you know, the Registry Editor holds many key values in Windows OS. The only problem I have is the pen cursor doesn't follow the pen when the display is in portrait and secondary landscape. I went off the reservation and downloaded and installed the tablet driver from the Wacom site and mostly all the touch and pen functions are working again. Checking Device Manager showed a device as unknown which was the touch chipset, that the driver was not compatible with this platform, that isn't the right words but that's basically it. I tried downloading and installing the driver from Fujitsu's support page but it didn't work. As soon as Windows Update was done with the 100 or so updates and I rebooted, all the tablet functions were broke.
I pulled my daughters T900 out of the box and did the initial software setup, all was well. Any luck with your problem? I have the same issue.
